Over thirty years of commercial expereince in northern nevada. Prior to joining SVN, Johnson founded Gold Dust Commercial Associates, a full service commercial firm located in the Nevada's Capitol, Carson City.

• During his career, Johnson has been responsible for the sale of several key transactions, including the Ormsby House Hotel and Casino, Capital Plaza Business Center, Nye Lane Office Complex, Parkway Professional Complex and the Sierra Medical Center.
• He also successfully purchased and rehabilitated an entire city block of buildings in the Historic Downtown area of Carson City.
• Johnson's designatiions include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Northern Nevada Development Authority (NNDA).
• In addition, Johnson has served on several bank boards, as well as chairman of the Regional Planning Commission and the Regional Redevelopment Authority.

Bruce Robertson, CCIM

Bruce Robertson, CCIM specializes in office, industrial, land, and retail transactions in Nevada's Carson City, Reno, Washoe, Douglas, and Lyon Counties. Robertson has over ten years of brokerage experience.

• Robertson earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and has been very active in his community.
• Roberston has served as past president of Carson City's Chamber of Commerce,Rotary Club, Northern Nevada Development Authority, and most recently as president of the Northern Nevada CCIM chapter.

Jack Brower, CCIM

Brower's has experience with the sale of office, industrial, land and retail properties in the Carson City/Lake Tahoe/Reno market. Having been a broker since 1998, Brower has secured transactions with a sales volume in excess of $100 million.

• Prior to joining SVN/Gold Dust Commerical Associates in 2003, Brower was an owner and operating partner of Sizzler restaurants.
• This unique perspective into the restaurant business has assisted Brower with such clients as Chili's, Del Taco, A & W, Outback Steakhouse and Bully's Sports Bar & Grill.
• Brower received the Sperry Van Ness "Achiever's Award" in 2004 and 2005.
• In addition, Brower is a member of the Northern Nevada Development Authority and has earned his CCIM designation.

Lyle Chamberlain, CCIM

Chamberlain been a full-time professional for almost 20 years and has negotiated more than 240 transactions involving more than $50 million.

• Prior to joining the SVN/Gold Dust Commerical Associates team Chamberlain gained extensive experience and knowledge of the commercial real estate industry while working in Western Colorado, as well as Southern California.
• Chamberlain is a member of Rotary International as well as a CCIM designee.

Dewey Struble, CCIM

Experience:

Dewey Struble, CCIM, serves as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale of multifamily, leased investments, senior housing, land and hospitality properties both locally and nationally. Struble has more than 25 years of experience

• Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Struble served as vice president for Colliers International overseeing the investment properties group.
• Throughout his career, he has completed hundreds of transactions for institutional owners, high-net worth individuals, REITS, syndicators and developers.
• Struble served as president of the CCIM institute in 1998.
• In addition, he has taught, facilitated and moderated many national and international commercial real estate classes and marketing sessions.
• Struble has won numerous commercial real estate awards throughout his career including the Joe Nolan Memorial Award as the 1998 Outstanding Realtor in Nevada.

Derrick Parish, CCIM

Experience:

• Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Parish served as a commercial manager for Coldwell Banker Commercial with an emphasis in buyer agency agreements and investments.
• Parish served as a director of operations for Sierra Nevada Corporation in Reno, Nevada.
• Before beginning his commercial real estate career, Parish served as Director of Subcontract Management and Procurement for Lockheed-Martin Missiles Division in Dallas, Texas with international experience in contracts with the countries of France, Turkey, China, Israel and the Netherlands.
• Parish is the executive director of the Associated Builders and Contractors Association, a member of the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors Risk Management Committee, as well as the American Production and Inventory Control Society and the American Association of Physicists in Medicine.
• Parish has earned the prestigous CCIM designation.

Angela Smith

Smith joins Sperry Van Ness/Gold Dust Commercial with more than 25 years of industry experience.

• Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Smith enjoyed a long career as an escrow officer with Stuart Title of Carson City.
• During her time at Stewart Title, Smith acted as Vice President and the escrow supervisor.
• Smith was one of the busiest officers in the area, and performed duties ranging from lot line adjustments to purchases, sales, refinances, and private money loans; all aspects of residential and commercial deals.
• In addition to her extensive escrow experience, Smith also has experience as a rental property owner and has been involved in some residential developments in the surrounding areas.

Lena Van Asdale

• Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Van Asdale served as Vice President of Intellectual Property Licensing for Waker Digital Management, LLC in Reno, Nevada where she assisted with management of a gaming patent portfolio and drafted and negotiated intellectual property licenses.
• Van Asdale focuses on the sale of office and retail properties in Northern Nevada.
• Van Asdale is a member of the Illinois Bar and Patent Bar.

John Lynch
