Over thirty years of commercial expereince in northern nevada. Prior to joining SVN, Johnson founded Gold Dust Commercial Associates, a full service commercial firm located in the Nevada's Capitol, Carson City.

• During his career, Johnson has been responsible for the sale of several key transactions, including the Ormsby House Hotel and Casino, Capital Plaza Business Center, Nye Lane Office Complex, Parkway Professional Complex and the Sierra Medical Center.
• He also successfully purchased and rehabilitated an entire city block of buildings in the Historic Downtown area of Carson City.
• Johnson's designatiions include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Northern Nevada Development Authority (NNDA).
• In addition, Johnson has served on several bank boards, as well as chairman of the Regional Planning Commission and the Regional Redevelopment Authority.

Brower's has experience with the sale of office, industrial, land and retail properties in the Carson City/Lake Tahoe/Reno market. Having been a broker since 1998, Brower has secured transactions with a sales volume in excess of $100 million.

• Prior to joining SVN/Gold Dust Commerical Associates in 2003, Brower was an owner and operating partner of Sizzler restaurants.
• This unique perspective into the restaurant business has assisted Brower with such clients as Chili's, Del Taco, A & W, Outback Steakhouse and Bully's Sports Bar & Grill.
• Brower received the Sperry Van Ness "Achiever's Award" in 2004 and 2005.
• In addition, Brower is a member of the Northern Nevada Development Authority and has earned his CCIM designation.

Dewey Struble, CCIM

Dewey Struble, CCIM, serves as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale of multifamily, leased investments, senior housing, land and hospitality properties both locally and nationally. Struble has more than 25 years of experience

• Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Struble served as vice president for Colliers International overseeing the investment properties group.
• Throughout his career, he has completed hundreds of transactions for institutional owners, high-net worth individuals, REITS, syndicators and developers.
• Struble served as president of the CCIM institute in 1998.
• In addition, he has taught, facilitated and moderated many national and international commercial real estate classes and marketing sessions.
• Struble has won numerous commercial real estate awards throughout his career including the Joe Nolan Memorial Award as the 1998 Outstanding Realtor in Nevada.

Tomi Jo Lynch

• Previous to joining Sperry Van Ness, Lynch worked for Gibbons-White, a brokerage firm located in Boulder, CO where she assisted in the management of six to eight LLC's and gained exposure to the brokerage community.
• In addition, Lynch participated in extracurricular activities through the Business School at the University of Colorado including market analysis for a proposed development at Denver International Airport and member of the USC Case Competition Team.

Dan Shaheen

• Daniel Shaheen serves as an Advisor for Sperry Van Ness, Gold Dust Commercial Associates, specializing in property management of office, retail and industrial property in the greater Reno and Carson City area. With 11 years of commercial real estate experience, Shaheen has secured over 70 transactions.
• Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Shaheen served as Corporate Broker for Parkway Commercial Properties in Carson City, Nevada, where he was in charge of all sales activity, leasing and property management for the company. Previously, Shaheen served as the property manager for R.L. Shaheen Company, a prominent Carson City commercial real estate developer, where he handled management and leasing of approximately 400,000 square feet of office and industrial properties.
• During his career, Shaheen has successfully negotiated leases with national companies including Federal Express, Lincare and Edward Jones Investments, as well as large state entities such as the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, the Department of Taxation, and the Agency for Nuclear Projects. He is currently working towards the CPM [Certified Property Manager] designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
• Shaheen attended the University of Nevada, Reno for two years before moving to Los Angeles in 1986 to work in the entertainment industry in television production and tour management. He returned to the Reno area in 1998.

• Active in the commercial real estate industry, Fountain is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
• A resident of Reno, NV, Fountain earned his Associates Degree from Feather River as well as studied Kinesiology at Saint Mary’s College of California.
