Associate Advisor, Chris Waldschmitt and Broker Services Coordinator, Makenna Backstrom were featured in the Northern Nevada Business View. Both Waldschmitt and Backstrom joined the SVN Commercial Associates team in December 2018.

Waldschmitt specializes in leased investments in the Carson-Tahoe region. He began his career in commercial real estate investment at an early age. His father spent his whole life involved in commercial real estate investment and passed his knowledge and the ins and outs of the CRE industry on to Waldschmitt.

Backstrom joins SVN Commercial Associates with over 3 years of experience in property management, residential and commercial real estate. She is currently earning her Nevada Real Estate and Property Management license. Her experience includes administrative property management, commercial real estate marketing, residential leasing, rental unit touring, and marketing.
