Collins joins our team with over 10 years of experience in property management, commercial real estate contracts, leasing and sales, facility touring, marketing, and tenant and owner relations. She plans to specialize in Tenant-Buyer representation, sales and leasing of office and industrial properties. Previously, Collins was the Marketing Coordinator for SVN Commercial Associates.
Collins received her Nevada License in early 2018 and her California Real Estate License in 2010. Prior to joining SVN, she was the business/marketing coordinator for prominent industrial and office teams, both in the Reno and Los Angeles markets.

Waldschmitt specializes in leased investments in the Carson-Tahoe region. He began his career in commercial real estate investment at an early age. His father spent his whole life involved in commercial real estate investment and passed his knowledge and the ins and outs of the CRE industry on to Waldschmitt.
Backstrom joins SVN Commercial Associates with over 3 years of experience in property management, residential and commercial real estate. She is currently earning her Nevada Real Estate and Property Management license. Her experience includes administrative property management, commercial real estate marketing, residential leasing, rental unit touring, and marketing.
