Sperry Van Ness/ Gold Dust Commercial Associates has announced the formation of the new Industrial Office Team. Tomi Jo Lynch, Senior Advisor, has brought on Amanda Eastwick, Senior Advisor, and Casey Prostinak, Associate, to form the local team covering landlord and tenant rep as well as focusing on investors and developers in the growing area.
Throughout the month, there have been multiple price changes and property updates. We can expect a growth in total inventory over the next few months as the new team forms and all of our Advisors work to end the year with the same determination they’ve had thus far.
The Commercial Property Executive’s 2015 Ranking Report for Top Brokerage Firms has placed Sperry Van Ness at the #8 spot. Our local offices of Sperry Van Ness/Gold Dust Commercial Associates are extremely pleased with the latest ranking reports and thankful to all of our local clients and proud of our fellow offices throughout the nation.
With only 925 Brokers, we were one of two brokerage companies to make it into the top 10 with less than 1,000 Brokers. We also completed over 5,000 investment sales, more than five of the top seven firms completed. Our Sperry Van Ness offices look forward to working hard and increasing our ranking in following years.
The retail team has been hard at work over the past month, attaining a listing to sublease former CVS properties throughout the Reno and Sparks areas. Five new retail buildings have become available, all with a sublease option to fulfill the remaining lease terms.
