As demolition wraps up, we want to send a progress report of our work so far at 777 Center Street in Midtown. Plans for the final property include multi-use office and/or restaurant space, an open courtyard on Cheney Street and spectacular views from the upstairs offices. With the interior walls pulled out we are hoping to get started on bringing the new floor plan to life within the next 2 weeks.

With construction expected to finish in June, we are beginning to meet with prospective tenants and answer any questions about the project. Leasing rates, floor plans and a video with our projected finished project can all be found on our under the Properties tab.
