This transaction of an 8,803 square foot office building and 0.118 acres, located in an Opportunity Zone, closed on March 15, 2019 for $1,250,000. This transaction also included an all cash buyer and an under 30 day close.

Associate Advisor Casey Prostinak represented the seller in the sale of a 5,440 square foot office space and 0.48 acres located at 1755 Silverada Blvd. in Reno. The space closed on March 15, 2019 for $555,250 and sold to an out of state, all cash buyer. The transaction also included an under 30 day close along with being 15% occupied at close.

Associate Advisor, Heather Collins of SVN | Gold Dust Commercial Associates represented the tenant, Results Transformation Centers, in leasing a 5,381 square foot industrial-flex condo at 8975 Double Diamond Blvd. Results Transformation Centers is relocating their shop in south Reno to the larger location on Double Diamond.

Managing Director Tomi Jo Lynch of SVN Gold Dust Commercial Associates represented the landlord, Double G Holdings, LLC in the lease of a 54,500 square foot industrial space to Midwest Equipment Sales, LLC. The transaction closed on Friday, February 1, 2019.

SVN Senior Advisor, Jack Brower, CCIM, represented Robert & Connie Hoff in the sale of a 115,600 square foot industrial building, located at 80 Airpark Vista Blvd. in Dayton, NV, for $6.4 million to Ozark Materials Nevada, LLC. Located just 20 minutes from the Tesla Gigafactory, the property also includes 12,000 square feet of Class A office space that is available for lease. The new owner will bring nearly 30 new jobs to the area as they increase the company’s west coast presence.

 

 

SVN Managing Director, Tomi Jo Lynch, represented the Giacomini Trust in the purchase of 2,880 square foot single-tenant office building, located at 285 W. Moana Lane, for $1,015,000. The buyer was concluding the upleg of a 1031 exchange. The property is occupied by Pritchett Eye Center on a long-term lease.

Recently Closed Deal — SVN Gold Dust Commercial Associates’ broker Casey Prostinak represented the seller and closed a fully occupied, 6,151 square foot office investment. Prostinak closed the deal in just 10 days at a 6.59% CAP.

The office space is located at 855 Maestro Drive in Reno, closed on December 20, 2018 for $1,450,000.

Casey Prostinak of SVN Commercial Associates represented the buyer, in the sale of a 18,964 square feet investment office building on 9785 Gateway Drive in Reno for $3,925,000. The building is a single tenant occupied building.

Tomi Jo Lynch of SVN Commercial Associates represented the tenant Weltrans, NV, LLC with their expansion. The 4,618 square foot industrial space is located at 742 Spice Island in Sparks and closed on Tuesday, October 30.  This expansion was crucial to their business plan. Weltrans, NV, LLC is a trucking and logistics company based in Sparks, NV.
