Jack Brower, CCIM, of SVN Gold Dust Commercial Associates represented the seller in the sale of a 120,000 square feet retail and industrial flex building on 550 Mallory Way in Carson City for $4,200,000.

Tomi Jo Lynch of SVN Gold Dust Commercial Associates represented the seller in the sale of a 56,889 square feet industrial flex building on 155 E. Glendale Avenue in Sparks for $5,900,000.

 

SVN Gold Dust Commercial Associates’ Tom Johnson and Jack Brower represented the buyer and seller, respectively, on the acquisition of two properties. The first property is a 1.34 acre parcel of land located at 900 Fairview Drive, as well as a ±31,960 SF industrial warehouse building on ±3.0 acres of land featuring a ±5,000 SF office space located on 900 Mallory Way.
