- 1031 Buyer
- Needs to identify a property by September 18, 2018
- On or off-market properties welcome
- $1-$2MM Retail or Mixed-Use
- Investment properties only please
- Single or Multi-Tenant
- Midtown, Downtown, or Wells Ave areas preferred. Will consider other parts of Reno/Sparks.
