SVN Gold Dust Commercial Associates is pleased to welcome Kody Baker as an Associate Advisor to our team. Baker specializes in retail property and tenant representation and he joins the SVN team with over two years of experience in real estate. Baker obtained his Nevada Real Estate license in October of 2018 and has previous experience in professional office management along with managing over 50 office properties and flex space units.  He is an active member of NAIOP Northern Nevada chapter and was recently accepted into the Developing Leaders Institute which is geared towards commercial real estate professionals 35 years and younger.
