The building was fully leased at the time of the sale with several longstanding tenants and excellent property management, making it a highly desirable investment for the new owners. 63 Keystone has also been renovated over the past five years and features a large piece of Burning Man art in the front of the building, further elevating the office’s curb appeal. This is the second time Lynch has been involved on the sale of this asset.
